A complete, custom field-service ERP for a commercial fire-protection contractor operating across Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky since 1987 — far more than a website. One platform runs the whole business: CRM, a rate/itemized Bid Builder, project pipeline, scheduling and dispatch, mobile inspections with on-site signatures, invoicing with QuickBooks Online sync, purchasing, inventory, GPS fleet tracking, payroll, and a Claude-powered AI assistant.






Context & Objective
Bruhn & Bruhn ran a multi-crew fire-protection operation on paper, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools — estimating in one place, scheduling in another, inspections on clipboards, and accounting re-keyed by hand. The goal was a single system of record a field tech, a foreman, an estimator, and the office could all work from: quote to schedule to inspection to invoice to the books, with nothing re-entered.
Goals
Digitize every step of the service lifecycle for a licensed fire-protection contractor — sales pipeline, estimating, dispatch, inspections and deficiencies, job costing, invoicing, and accounting — with mobile-first tools for the field, role-specific dashboards for each crew type, real-time fleet visibility, and an AI assistant that answers operational questions in plain language.
