    Your data

    Last updated 7 August 2026

Ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop sharing it with advertising platforms.

    Make a request

What would you like us to do?

Use the address you dealt with us on, so we can confirm it's you.

    What happens next

    • We acknowledge the request and respond within 30 days.
    • Before deleting anything, we confirm you are who you say you are — usually by replying to an address we already hold for you. This protects you: an unverified deletion request is a way for someone else to erase your records.
    • We tell you what was deleted and what we had to keep.

    What we can't delete

Some records have to stay, and we would rather say so up front than surprise you later.

    • Invoices, payments and tax records. We are required to keep these, and for how long is not our decision.
    • The record that you accepted a proposal. That is the evidence a contract was formed. It stays for as long as the contract could be disputed.
    • Anything needed to defend a legal claim, for as long as that claim is live.
    • Records held by Stripe. Stripe is the controller of the card and bank details you gave it directly, and has its own retention obligations. We can delete our copy of the reference; we cannot delete theirs.

Everything else — onboarding answers, uploaded documents, call transcripts, contact details, marketing records — we can and will remove.

    Opting out of advertising

Choosing “Stop sharing with advertising platforms” above opts you out. You can also reject advertising cookies in the banner, and if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat that as an opt-out without you having to ask.
